    I’m 18 and heard about jelqing from a friend. I didn’t believe it so I looked it up and people were saying they grew a inch or half a inch in a span of months, some years. I started last year, and stopped. Then this year I started in may again with the jp90. I bought a clamp in may also for girth. I start off by warming up with a towel and hot water, then warm ups, then the routine. 150 jelqs, 90 v pulls, clamping and edging and some extra jelqs and stretching downward. I still haven’t gotten anyway results though. Only new changes I see are new veins and a slightly longer flaccid. I was thinking about getting the bath mate but I haven’t decided yet. I’m around 6.2 in and 5.1 girth. I’m looking for a routine for erection length and girth.

    Hey and welcome to the Gym!

    I would caution against clamping so soon. I would do the advanced jelq free routine after you complete the jp90 and then after 3 months of the AJF routine you should be able to clamp safely (6 months of conditioning). Clamping is just really intense and it's easy to injure you burrito by applying so much pressure before it has been properly conditioned. Just a word of caution but it's your body.

    Thanks, I heard of people clamping when they first started and thought it was ok to start now. Thanks for the advice!
