    Hey new guy here out to try this PE stuff because Im curious and insecure about my penis. Last I checked it was 6.5 inchs BPEL which is fine I guess since thats above average, ladies still call it small, I guess you gotta be 8x6 to be the real deal for them ouch, my girth I dont really know but my john has a tight fit in the toilet paper roll test. Anyways, I tried out those kegel things like 30 a day in sets of 10 with 7 minute breaks in between, and wow the erections I have had the past 2 days are unreal. Ok so I have a thick long elastic foreskin that makes it hard to feel any blood moving during jelqing and I did it an hour ago now my penis feels tingly not painful, I didnt squeeze it hard I think, maybe the V jelqs had too much pressure? Its easy to do Ok sign jelqs nice and soft but I suppose the V jelqs take serious concentration to not clamp your flaccid.When it comes to penis stretchs, i can tug the tip of my elastic foreskin to stretch my flaccid by 3 inchs its not even painful either, but you guys tug below the glans which feels funny for me, and doesnt even stretch it by half an inch. Should I use my foreskin method or your method? I did warm up using a hot shower but not for long is that a problem?

    Normal reason for women to say a normal or above penis is small is to lower confidence . Most women will never see a 8 by 6 dick live unless they are in the sex industry.

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to ask questions and take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    Welcome to the forums and with all exercises, start out slow and easy until you learn your body. Slowly increase the intensity and reps until you find a good stride. Be safe and patient and you'll do well.
