Hi all.
This is my first post.
I started using Jess extender in 2018 and went from 5.25 to just under 6 inches. From September I started jelqing. I am now 6.4.
I found a website called Phalogenics, it was advertising 2 inch gain in 12 weeks. I paid a one off fee, however since September they have been taking regular payments from my account. They have already taken over £200, just to warn everyone on here.
My routine is Jess extender, daily.
Every other day I jelq 150.
I am going to start clamping everyday and hanging. I will update you all.

Congratulations on your gains. Unfortunately, you may need to ask your bank to replace your credit card.
Remember to jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
