    Hi all. I am Sean, 22yo and French. First of all, excuse my wrong english.

    Signing here because I am very septic about those stuff but also very motivated to try out myself.

    I got a bit lucky in term of lengh, since I am about 18,5cm. But my girth is pretty skinny, around 12cm, would say nearly even less, 11,8 on bad days, 12 on perfect days. So I am aiming for girth and not mainly lengh, or it will look like a damn pencil 😒.

    But if I can increase both at the same time, I will take it for sure. To be honest, getting 20cm like everyone's dream.

    I don't have problems with nutrition (if that can help the growth). I do gym a lot and take supplements. (No steroïds).

    I saw some routines here, but any advices, tips, tricks from everyone are welcome ! Discipline and dedication for my dong is now the same as the gym. I really want to try.

        Hey Sean!

        Welcome to the Gym

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

        Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
