Thread: Back after injury

Years ago, I put down my PE aspirations as a result of an injury caused by my stretching device. I was young and immature and wanting fast gains. I thought I was too small but realized I’m actually slightly above average length at just over 6” BPEL.
My girth is what I’m here to make gains on now. I’m right at average in that department at 4.5” Circumference. My goals are more modest than most that I’m seeing here. I just want a 1” gain in both length and Girth in one year. Compared to what so many have said they gained, this should be a pretty attainable goal, right?
I’ve been taking it really easy starting off. My current routine is to stretch each way for 15 seconds, rotate stretch each direction for 15 seconds, JELQ 100 times, and clamp while I do kegals.
I didn’t really form this off anybody else’s routine rather I am doing what feels right and safe. I’d be happy to hear some recommendations and/or critique on what I’m currently doing and whether it would be effective in the future for attaining my goal.
