I’ve visited this site before but have never participated. There’s definitely a lot of good content here, and it seems like many good people too. Hopefully my reasons for joining will be met with understanding.
Over the last year, I’ve gotten involved in the world of NSFW sites, amateur porn, etc. I honestly fell into it on accident (long story!), but now I have something of a fanbase in certain quarters of the web. Requests are mounting, and I’m beginning to feel a certain pressure to keep up or even outdo myself. I’m also trying to balance a relationship with my GF, who’s been supportive...up to a point.
Anyway, bottom line, I’ve never done PE or pumped before, but am now looking for a regular routine for a few reasons: (1) Stamina (2) EQ (3) A modest increase in length and midshaft girth. Ideally, this routine would be something I could do daily or almost daily, but for only about 10-15 minutes per session. I honestly don’t think I can make time for, say, a two-hour session. I guess I’m looking for the PE equivalent of the “100 push-ups a day” challenge. I don’t need the very best routine possible, just something to encourage slow but certain progress.

Welcome ! You are wise to do the research and find out what to set your expectations at, avoid disappointing yourself. Big Al will offer you some advice on stamina/eq and this will help you achieve your goals.
Researching is a good thing at this point.

Welcome to the Gym
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Looks like I’m going to modify the “light beginner’s routine.” My plan is to opt for more regularity with slightly less intensity (e.g., shorter jelq periods). I’ll post results after a few weeks have passed. I’m using the site on my phone, which limits its functionality. But my starting stats are:
BP erect: 9.25”
Base erect girth: 6.5”
Midshaft erect girth: 5.75”
Don’t know if this routine will budge those numbers, but we’ll see.
