so my first post was to the progress forum as I wanted to start my log. I posted my story there but I guess I should put it here as well.

So for a few weeks now I have been researching issues I am having with ED and I came across several blogs that talk about how extenders have improved erection quality, so I started researching extenders and found this website.
A little background on me:
I'm 51, 6'-4" tall and bit overweight (working on losing weight, goal is to lose 60-70 lbs). My wife and I will soon be empty nesters and we have really started to 'reconnect' with each other over the last several months...including reconnecting intimately (you married guys with young kids know what I mean). Although my desire and drive are still like they were when I was young, my body isn't as cooperative. During intimacy I can achieve an erection but I lose it after only a few minutes. I still wake up with morning wood almost every morning but I have noticed erection quality (EQ) is slightly diminished. I know age and weight are factors with my ED but the blow to my self confidence is HUGE and I think that is only compounding the issue. I have read that PE can significantly help with EQ so I want to incorporate that in with losing weight to help with my ED. I am highly motivated because I want this phase of our marriage to be the best it's ever been (including intimacy).
So I guess this is the part where I talk about my 'junk'. With a good erection I am 6" long with a 5.1" girth. I am what I think is referred to as a 'grower' and not a 'hanger', so with my 6'-4" frame I feel like I am disproportionately small when erect and I have the 'turtle' syndrome when flaccid...which I have always been very self conscious about but have learned to live with.
So here are my goals: Better EQ, increased duration, increased length (I'd love to get to 8") and (less importantly) some increased hang. I am happy with my girth, so I'm not looking for any significant gains there.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Thanks for the reply n2b. I have gone through all of the "welcome" threads, but thanks for recommending them. As a professional computer guy I am all to aware of how many people don't bother, so I always make sure I do.
Because of time constraints, a manual program isn't feasible for me, I just can't commit the time required to achieve any worthwhile results. because of this I have decided to go down the extender path. I'm a computer guy working from home at my desk all day, so I think an extender is my best option right now. Also, aside from my ED issue I'm satisfied with my girth, so I'm only interested in increasing length. I know some girth increase will occur naturally with length gains.

Have you had a hormone panel done if so what were the numbers ?

No, I have not. To be honest yours is the first mention I have seen about it (you don't know what you don't know!), so I will look into it. I'm guessing it has to do with testosterone levels?
