    I have been reading this forum for the last week, and have decided it’s time to try this myself.

    1. I have struggled with an over reliance on porn for erections for most my life. I didn’t relive the harm it had on my mental health. Anxiety, depression, lack of motivation in all facets of life. Not to mention poor EQ and DE when I have been with women. I think porn is the primary culprit as I’ve used it pretty much daily for over a decade now. I think it really has affected my ability to be intimate and become who I am meant to be. My biggest goal here is to never watch porn again.

    2. Along with quitting porn I would like to try improving my physical body as well. I probably have 30lbs of extra fat I would like to lose and need to increase my cardio, as this is low to to years of smoking weed (a habit I have finally kicked). I will be starting a cardio and strength training program today including yoga and stretching.

    3. Lastly and what brought me to this site is trying to improve my penis size. First I need to improve my EQ without porn as an aid as I can get a very full erection with porn. I will be starting the JP90 routine with a low pressure bath mate to help warm up. Slow and steady wins the race. I mostly just want to improve my EQ and gain girth I’m 8 BPEL and about 5.2 MEG with a 90% erection my BPFSL is 8.4 and BEG is 5.6. I wouldn’t consider it small especially the length, but a bit of thickness would be nice. I want to see if this is possible for myself and will be keeping track.

    Summary:
    1. Quit porn I think it’s evil and messes with the largest sexual organ the most (the brain)
    2. Get in shape lose 30lbs and improve strength flexibility
    3. Improve my EQ without porn and do JP 90 with a light pressure bath mate warmup. Goal is to get to 6+ inches MEG and 8 NBEL.

    Wish me luck I will try and keep posting on my growth mentally and physically.

    Thanks! I have to say I watched all Big Al’s videos on the effects of pornography and really hit home and got me motivated. Any word of advice for a guy new to male enhancement?

    Set realistic goals. Recognize that penis enlargement is a marathon and not a sprint.... there are no easy & fast ways to make gains!

    I really do like the videos big al. A lot of very good information on them. I bought your book and have read through it. Very informative, I’m noticing better erections in the early going of my routine. Yesterday I noticed what look like some ribs on my penis that I never have seen before the erection also seemed harder and fuller. What are the ribs? I kinda like what I’ve been seeing in my first 10 days. Doubt the size has changed but I’m seeing and feeling some difference.

    These "ribs" are a common development as EQ and conditioning improves.
