Aaayy wats going on pe'ers... ?? I've been at this a couple of months and recently I've had gains but had some questions so decided to start posting here... The gains I have noticed has been only visual I've never measured it so i don't got no exact numbers.. I see it as until I visually see as wat I percieve a size that I'm comfertable wit and confident about why measure... Curious in the responses this might get..
