    Hey guys!
    I have ordered some jelqing tools on ebay and planning to start PE shortly.
    I am 26 years old, have a healthy lifestyle, play lots of sports, dont drink nor smoke.. however I have a big problem. Can never hold a super strong erection as i would like.
    I am happy about the size, 7.5 and kinda thick..but i cannot keep it firm for long periods and it does get hard for very short period then it goes into a semi hard state, which is not ideal!
    Is there any exercises you can reccommend to get a firm, rock hard erection? I have started with some kegel exercises but would love to hear if there is anything else I could do.

    While general pe will help with this, edging and kegals are the prime exercises for improveing erection quality.
