Hey guys been lurking here 4 about a week or so thought id introduce myself.Im 22 yrs old about 6'1 good looking.... but not the most well endowed.Im at 5.5in fully erect sometimes 5.6 girth really skinny. Been thinking of doing pe for awhile dunno though im skeptical to all this still.Im at a crossroads in my life ive had many gf's they all leave me cus of my size.Its come to the point where im at my wits end i dont enjoy life anymore i smoke packs of cigs everyday started to drink heavily...i feel lost. Where if there are any guys who started off my my measurement speak up give me some hope im willing to put all the effort and hard work in all i really want is to be average 6in short term 6.5 is my dream. ive tried extenders dont seem to work ive tried jelqing but i think im to small to do it properly i turtle consistently cant remember the last time i had morning wood either

I was in your boat 5.5" fully erect. That is not small that is the average dick size for an adult male. Nothing to be ashamed of. If your wondering 5 years later i am around 7.75" NBP i was 8" NBP but due to illness i shrunk just a bit.
Tell you what drinking and smoking will shrink what dick you got. So you need to stop those habits. Easier said than done.
I sejest you do a lot of reading and if your serious about dick growing it may take a few years.

Welcome locox32! You came to the right place for penile health and motivation. Your size is average and shouldn't hinder you from any of the exercises.
I suggest that you do a lot of reading prior to starting, and get yourself educated first. Start off with the basic reads like this:

Whoa! lots to read thanks waylander. King pole i read inure beginner to advanced outline post that u gained 2 under 6 months do u mean 2 in? Um u said u started with my size very motivational that u are what u are now i was wondering how do u jelq? 50 percent 70? what do u suggest ive been practicing for about 3 week doing a beginners routine of 10 mins warm up 3 sets of stretches forward, down, left, right, and circular rotations 10 mins of dry jelqs and at least 100- 200 kegels during the routine or throughout the day i also edge for about 10-15 mins every session but i dont cum after words i do this 2 days on 1 off is that enough? What type of grip do u jelq with king pole i as cus when i jelp im at 50 percent which is around only 4.5 in dont have a lot of room to work with i feel that using the ok grip doesnt seem to do anything ive tried c grip but still doesn't seem any better. any yes Stopping is easier said then done but if it hinders my gains in any way im done with cigs and drinking..... junk food 2?

Thanks for joining and thanks for posting. Kingpole and WayLander are already giving you great advice, so I will ask you for a favor. Please, could you try to write your posts in regular English and try to avoid so much text-slang? I am kind of old and it is hard for me to understand sometimes. Plus there are lots of guys here who do not speak English as a first language and they have a tough time with slang and shorthand.

I'm 4.5" Long and 4.5" Girth. So looks like you already have an inch on me. I've got a smaller than average penis and I'm in the process of changing that. If you think you have it bad, I would venture for you to think again.
As many of the guys who have posted prior to me have said
1) Stop smoking
2) Stop drinking
Also I would like to add the following
3) Stop eating junk food. There is nothing really good in junk food that actually helps you. In fact if you or anyone else is overweight it can actually make the penis look smaller. Extra fat around the penis can give it the appearance of looking short than it really is

If your girlfriends are leaving you simply because of your size I think you might want to ask yourself if these are girls are really worth your time, energy, and love. Ultimately, I'm not sure what your goal is in having a girlfriend, but I can assure you that any girl who leaves her boyfriend, solely on the bases of his penis size, is not worth having. Though sex may be a very important aspect of a relationship, it is not the only thing in a relationship. There are bound to be more redeeming qualities about you and more elements in a relationship than sex.
As of now I have a girlfriend and she and I have been going out for a little over a year now. When we had sex it was amazing and we both enjoyed it. I learned to work with what I had. Though I am dissatisfied with what I have, she says she likes it the way it is (mind you I am only 4.5" Erect and 4.5" Girth).
Anyhow, I would say keep up your workout routine and I'm sure you will make gains. Do not try to rush the gains because it is not something that can be rushed. 2 Days on and 1 day off. On your off days I suggest you don't do kegels. I you should give yourself a complete rest day. Others might not agree, but I think that as a beginner and starting off, it is best to keep things slow steady. The gains will be made a little at a time. If you can I suggest doing wet jelqs instead of dry jelqs, but I think that is a matter of preference.

you mention extender didn't work. This should work but it is a massive commitment.. 9hrs a day no days off. I would be amazed if anyone used an extender 9hrs a day for 6 months and had no significant gains..

Thanks red ace for the post youre right dude. And yes give it a go the extender didnt work for me for the simple reason i could not figure out how to calibrate the traction. Its only been a 1 month or so of me doing Manual pe but im already seeing a diff my EQ is up and my flaccid is starting to hang more no more turtling up either :] No erect length gains or girth to soon i guess but im starting to think this is legit:].Stopped smoking and drinking to. Thanks guys for making me feel welcomed and for all the info this was a great choice joining up

hmm, well my extender has no traction read out or anything.. It operates on time + regular addition of length to the rods = appropriate traction. So every 5-7 days I add 0.5cm length to the rods. It's amazing how I add 0.5cm a feel a major pull but after 5 days it's got slack again and needs another 0.5cm makes me feel like it's doing the trick. Anyway, good luck.

One thing to get out of your head first. No girl leaves you for your size. They didn't start to go out with because of your size. They thought you were a nice guy. Maybe your size or your view of your size messed you up in your head and maybe you just weren't the nice guy they first went out with. You would know better than me but you can think about it and maybe try to improve all of you!
