Hello all! I'm 34, married with two kids. Good sex life but I have recently notice my erection quality have been around 80-90% and I sure wouldn't mind a bit of increase in size as well! I'm am going to start me PE journey this week for overall penis health and size increases if they come my way!. I'm going to do JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine workout. I'll be sure to post monthly updates! Thanks to all for all the great info.

Man, you should start a log immediately and also do correct initial measurements; I promise it will be such a reward once you see progress. It's also an excellent way to see what works and what may not, also allowing other to help if need be and give you valuable advice or just cheer you on - PE can get lonely sometimes...

You could also consider kegals and edging, by using the search button you will find many links.

I started doing about 30-40 kegals per day about a week ago. Also, any body have good, alternate warm-up options? I know JP mentioned using a hot-wet washcloth. But having a wife and 2 kids I will have to be getting up an hour earlier each morning and I don't want to wake anyone with my noisy bathroom faucet! Would a hot shower running directly on my penis/balls be sufficient?

Shower coukl do it, I nuke a wheat bag in the microwave to use for warmup (say the warmth is good for your back/knee whatever).

Did first round of PE this morning! Seemed to go well...and for my warm-up I found a microwaveable hot pack thats filled with a gel liquid, wrapped it in a thin towel and it definitely warm me up. I did however notice the need to shave at the base of the shaft, the jelqs had a tendency to tug at those pubic hairs that were close.

Welcome DALMORE! Here is a link about warm up methods. I used the microwave hot packs myself until I finally made a rice sock. The rice sock blows the hot pack away! Good luck

Waylander...I made a rice sock and your correct! It DID blow away the plastic hotpack....the rice sock was much more comfortable and the heat seemed to be more penetrative and less sting-y. Thanks for the tip!
