    I wanted to say hello to everyone as I have been researching and testing several of the exercises on this site with much success for the last six months. My story is that growing up my penis was on the smaller side and I was very insecure about it especially when it came to girls. Plus to compound the problem, I was an athlete and around other guys in the locker room and I barely measured up. My friends that would have bigger schlongs then me would get all the hot chicks and I would be stuck with all the average looking girls. Also, when it came to sex, I would last a couple of minutes and blow my load which totally sucked. I had no stamina in bed and this made me not interested in having alot of sex when I was with the differnet girlfriends I had. Then one of my girlfriends started a rumor that I had a small penis which really put a dent in my self esteem. The truth of the matter was that I was just dating her and didn't want to have sex because she was a virgin and I wasn't really interested in her. Anyways I didn't really care that much because I knew my penis wasn't that small. At that time my penis was around 5.5 x 4 which is about average. What I came to find out is my penis was average because it was undertrained and not conditioned! I started researching on the internet and learning about the male anatomy. Then I learned different exercises to increase stamina. I started being able to last 30 to 45 minutes a session which was great! Girls that I would be with would have several orgasms and I would be like the energizer bunny and keep going! This boosted my self esteem but I still wasn't happy with my length and girth. I wanted my dick to be huge like some of the guys in porn. To me it just seems that the bigger your dick is the more self esteem a guy has and in return the hotter chicks you pick up. It kinda goes hand and hand. I stumbled accross this site about six months ago and was amazed on the information, pe theory, exercises, and knowledge from all you guys! I used to workout at the gym 3-4 hours a day so I know what it is to put in the time to get bigger. Now I see myself exercising my dick for 1-2 hours a day! Well, let me tell you folks, PE works! Since being a part of this site, I've gained a decent amount of length and alot of girth! My short term goal is 9 x 6 and long term is 11 x 7! I just wanted to say thanks for all the positive and helpful info and funny stories I've been hearing on here. I'll be posting more on the site now. Thanks again!

    Thanks for joining and thanks for posting. Although you have been PEing for a while you may still find these links very useful:
    Beginner's Penis Enhancement Checklist
    JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine (An excellent beginner routine but don't start out doing it 5 days a week!)
    Measurement Abbreviations and Acronyms (This will help you understand the terms that everyone uses around here.)
    Start a Journal/Log! (This one will help you start a log. A log is a great place to keep track of your progress and workouts, and it makes it easy for others to pitch in with suggestions and comments.)
    How long did it take you to gain an inch in length? (This one will give you some ideas about how quickly people gain.)
    Read lots of threads and articles and ask lots of questions!
    I don't know how old you are but I think you should know that your goals are very aggressive and when you get there, you will find that a whole lot of partners will consider you painfully too large.
    Also, it is extremely easy to overtrain. GO SLOW AND BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! Penis injuries are ZERO FUN.
