  • Found my way here a few months ago..

..but lurked around and did a lot of reading. This is my story.

Even though had not had complaints before, I always felt insufficiently equipped so to speak. You know the mentality, as I assume that's why a lot of guys are here. Average is enough, but who wants to be average? I want to see their jaws drop! I started looking into extending devices, but was apprehensive to spend hundreds of dollars on something that I wasn't sure would work. On further research I came across some exercises. It was not here, but it was basic stretching, kegeling, and jelquing. Similar to the 90 day beginner routine that is suggested here. It seemed like a good idea to give it a try and with the only investment being time, I took things into my own hands. Literally.

After about a month I began to notice some changes. I just felt longer and more confident. My flaccid state especially increased and it made me more confident. I tried to be regular with my stretching and wanted to find more exercises. That's when I found pegym. I had begun to incorporate some moves like the A-Frame just because it made sense, but the wealth of information here blew me away. With so many new things to try, I wanted to try them all! That was back in May. I had already been doing basics for 1 month. After reading the beginner's forum I maintained what I was doing until June. It has only been in the last month that I have really started to focus on more intense exercises as I have never had injury. Better safe than sorry!

I had taken some measurements in the past and always came in at 5.7" erect length with a girth measurement of 5.0". I guess maybe I've always been on the thicker side for the length. However, like most things in my life, I knew gains would come tough. I'm a walking version of Murphy's Law. I probably wasn't measuring the correct way before, but I did what I could to get the best measurement so I'm going to use those as starting numbers. I never measured my flaccid stretch before. My start date is May 1st. My first measurement was July 1st. I came in at 6.2" BPEL, 5.2" Girth, and BPFSL was 6.8". I plan on taking official measurements on the 1st of the month, but measured today to put here since we're close enough to August. 6.25" BPEL, 5.25" Girth, and 6.9" BPFSL.

What I've seen improve other than what I expect is normal beginner gains is the firmness of my erections. This has been a wonderful side effect! Before PE, whether it was a lack of confidence or something physical, I was to the point of asking the doctor for Viagra and even got a few samples to try. While it does work, I'd rather be ready to go any time and under my own power.

What I would like to improve on is my erect length. There seems to be quite a difference between the flaccid stretched and erect lengths. Almost 3/4s of an inch. So I started to incorporate some erect stretches and erect bends into my routine. I hope this helps after a month or two of it. I am a slow gainer. Assuming my initial measurements were not bone pressed, I'm probably only looking at a .35 inch length gain and a .25 inch girth gain. Probably not terrible for 3 months, but the gains do seem to be slowing down considerably.

I look forward to sharing information here not just in search of my own gains but to help others in the search for theirs. Thank you to the Admin and Moderators for providing this forum.

    Hi Stretch Armstrong,

0.35-0.5"" since April, In my book that is not too slow gaining. It would put you on track for 1" in a year. Congratulations.

I find that with erect stretches & bends - I take a softly, softly approach to try & 'Coax' a stretch & also to avoid injury.

    Welcome!

        Welcome to pegym, Stretch!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
