Hey guys new to all of this...basically just want to get a small bit of gains not interested in killing myself for an hour or more a day....BPEL is 7" and EG is 5.2"....was hoping to stick to the basic jelq and so on and see how it goes...wondering would 10 mins excluding warm up/down suffice for beginning..? thanks...

Any bit helps. Be consistent though in the days though, For best results you may want to progressively increase time or intensity once the unit gets conditioned.

Thanks man....just looking for maybe 0.5" that way and i would be delighted....not measuring for maybe a month or more to keep me motivated...
