Hi everyone. I'm Chinese. I knew PE methods for several years, but only kept practicing in recent two months. I've seen some effect. My BPEL is 16.7cm now and my EG is 14cm. (6.5" bpel (length) by 5.5" bpeg(girth) ). I remember they were 15.5 cm and 12.5cm respectively before I started. Sorry I don't get used to inches. Let's work hard together.

You are 6.5" bpel (length) by 5.5" bpeg(girth) geof.
Metric is a legit form of measure ,but I have done the conversion for our US friends.
