    Hi Guys, this is the first time I've ever even used a forum, so I'm new to this and such. I started PE because I'm really self conscious about my penis size. I consider myself a beginner and will take any advice with an open mind. I started PE about 5 or so months ago with a main focus on girth. When I started, I had EL 6.25" and EG 4.79". And after the 5 months or so, I'm at EL 6.25" and EG 5.00". I started with wet jelqs and have recently changed to a sort of "Squeeze" technique. I'm wondering what exercises are good for girth? Thanks for any help

    If you want both length & girth you could try Jon Pop's routine.

    Beginner Routines
    Beginner Routine Light - PESG (& his motivational story)
    Beginner Routine Light - Babbis
    Beginner Routine Medium - Remek
    Beginner Routine Intense - "JP's 90 Day"

    There are a lot of more advanced girth exercises but you need to make sure you've PE'd very consistently for 3 months straight before you try anything too intense.

    Thanks. I've been pretty consistent I think. The first about 3 and a half months I would wet jelq 5 days a week and missed very few days a month. But it became a little too troublesome to find alone time to wet jelq so I adopted a "Squeeze" exercise because it didn't require lubricant.

    Welcome aboard man! It would probably be a good idea to do a well rounded routine, with your experience I suggest JP's 90 day(link above).

    Seems so, 6.25 to 6.25 is 0. So that is correct :P

    I heard somewhere that if you stretch your penis to make it longer, it in turn makes your penis thinner. And like, this made sense to me, and my main focus is gaining a thicker penis, so I never stretch my penis. As I said earlier, I really only use a squeeze technique for girth and nothing for length

    I have been hanging & my penis is longer & thicker both. Mostly its only thicker at the base. Hanging didn't make me lose any girth whatsoever. I've gained a huge amount of base girth too... In fact, a lot of length exercises, including stretching do give some girth.

    Thanks Blink. Umm, I don't really have the equipment for hanging, and like I would prefer an exercise that doesn't require lubricant. Can you think of any exercises that would help me gain some length and girth like that?
