    Hi am new to the PE game. My goal is to get to 7 or 8 inches in length. An 6 to 7 inches. In girth.
    Right now am 5 inches in length an 4 an 3/4 in girth. My goal is for when am erect an my measurements. Were done while. I was erect.

    Right now I do 3 clamp sets a day 20 mins a set an I wear a penis extender 10 hour's. A day 9 pm till 7 am. I also am gonna start hanging once I learn how to use the bib starter an my goal will be to complete 6 sets of hanging a day at 30 mind a set.
    I also do Fowler's throughout the day.

    Welcome. You have a very long journey ahead but it's possible! I wish you the best! Just don't rush things, avoid injury.

    Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

          I just did my first hanging a 30 min set with 2 an a half pounds

              Yes I do jelqing while clamping am still putting together a mamule routine. Its hard to find tiime I do 10 hours at night with the extender 1 hour a day clamping an 3 hours. A day hanging an am just starting out lol

                    Yeah but I sleep light I wake up at least 4 times a night

                      That is a lot for a beginner. You are just starting out? You should consider conditioning first.
                      Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
                      Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
                      Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

                        Yeah I know I go at everything like that am 5"7 an weigh. 200 lbs of muscle an do weight lifting the same way an have made great results an I started at 120 lbs I love going to the limit

                              Well just make sure that you dont fall into a heavy sleep because should the device hinder your circulation ... you could awaken to a penile nightmare. Saying that most guys who have tryed wearing one at night can testify that you wont get much in the way of sleep anyway.
