    Hi! just registered and I look forward 5.5" into a 7"er my girth is also lacking and I would love to build that up also. I look forward to communicating with others and receiving and giving honest help

      Welcome to PE markymark!
      To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

                Well do you think you've been welcomed enough! So get to work. Read the beginners section, learn as much as you can, and then start on the 90 day program. Good luck!
