Hey, my name's Dan. My goal is to reach 7.5 inches. I'm more than happy to give words of encouragement to anyone and will be delighted to take any myself. Are there any recommendations as to what exercises I should start off doing? Cheers lads

Oh well, we got a lot of good info on here for free so come and learn .Read the beginners section and pay close attention to the beginners 90 workout. It will condition you, help you to avoid injuries, and start you on the road to attain your goal.Don't hesitate to ask questions and post as often as you like; we may learn from you as much as you learn form us! And it's still, and it hurts for me to say this, FREE! ( sorry for being silly but it's been a long day!)
