    Hi all, 23 year old newbie checking in. I stumbled upon this forum a few days ago, and I'm intrigued. I must say I am a bit surprised at the information I have started to read about on this forum, as I didn't actually know it was possible to work out your dick, let alone increase size. I have been aware of "kegels" for many years, but I didn't know the term for it. My current stats are BPEL:7in and EG:5in. For now I am just looking to do some reading so that I may eventually make some measurable gain. I think I would be quite happy with any gains at all, but an additional inch in length and maybe a half inch in girth would be amazing. I would call my erections good, but I think they could be better, so I am looking to improve on that as well.

    when i started i saw an improvement in erection quality within the first few days. harder erections & for longer periods. my starting stats are almost the same as you (BPEL 7, EG 5.4"), and i really am just hoping for an inch or so but would be happy with any gains, really just to prove to myself that this can work for me
