Welcome back, brother! Now I know that your main focus is getting your premature ejaculation under control, but do you have any plans on working on size as well? The best advice I can give you at the stage in the game is to start/maintain a very detailed progress log. It's amazing just how inspirational/supportive so many members are on these forums; by starting the progress log, your routine will be critiqued as well as praised which really helps as a motivational tool, especially when you're feeling like all is lost. Another benefit of the progress log is that it keeps you actively working out since it becomes part of your daily routine to make your updates. I began back in March and at first was rather skeptical, but all I can tell you is this really really does work...no doubt about that. Hopefully you start that progress log sooner than later that way we can all support you along your journey to a larger, healtier penis.
