Hey, I've been interested in PE for a couple years as a lurker but just now getting around to starting a routine and becoming a member. I'm not overly concerned with my size at BPEL 6.1 and EG 5.8 but I would like to gain some added length because I'm pretty tall (about 6'3'' and 200lbs) and it's just never looked that impressive to me. I'm active and in good shape. Have a long term girlfriend who I know is extremely comfortable with my size but I still wanna get a bit bigger. Anyway I've started on a very basic routine of about a 5 minute warm up/stretching, followed by around 60 overhand jelqs and a small warm down(not sure if it is necessary or not).
Hoping I could get some advice on tweaking my routine. I've been to a couple different sites to research routines but there seem to be varying opinions. Some people say that doing just a 10-15 minute routine with between 50-90 jelqs is enough but other people have said they do over an hour with between 600-700 jelqs per session. Figured I'd start on the lower end of the spectrum just in case, trying to be really careful I don't over train. Looking for some advice on this matter. For now just gonna stick with my basic routine.
Also I' seen the term edging thrown around a lot and I'm not sure what it means. If anyone could help me out with that one too it'd be much appreciated.

Welcome to the gym, bredding! You're starting off with a size that is a bit higher than average which should give you some peace of mind. Also, your attitude of taking things slowly and being cautious is the best attitude you can have as a newbie. Too many new members are looking for the "quickest" way to get a ten inch cock failing to realize that pe is a commitment which can potentially take many years to achieve the size you're hoping to reach. That being said....I'd HIGHLY suggest doing a search for "JP's 90 day routine". Many members here (myself included) had fantastic results from following the routine Jon Pop has designed. Since you've decided to take things very slow...you can certainly tweak JP's routine to fit your comfort zone by decreasing reps and duration of excercises until you feel comfortable. I highly suggest starting and maintaining a very detailed progress log before you begin your first day of whichever routine you decide on. The progress log is such a great tool in helping orgainze your routine/progress, and allowing other members here to give you advice in order to help you along the way. This site is full of really educated and helpful members who would be happy to answer any questions you may have or provide you with advice.
Taken from a post by member RIB2211:
Edging is basically where you slowly masturbate (mainly focusing on the shaft and not the glans) till the point of no return (PONR; when you are about to ejaculate), then backing off (or by a hard kegal to prevent ejaculation). I typically go for a 20 minute session, but some guys on here go for an hour.
One of the biggest benefits in regards to edging is that it will help you build stamina.
Hope this information was helpful. If you have any questions along the way, I'd be happy to assist you the best I can
