Greetings gentlemen,
I have been reading these boards for a while and it's time I began a program. I wanted to seek approval and am looking to work hard, not smart. What do you guys think? Is it too much? Could it be better?
PE Routine:
2 on 1 off...
10 min warmup
Stretch for 30 seconds in 9 directions then helicopter shakes (repeat 3x)
Jelq 50 times (3-5s/stroke)
V-Jelq 50 times
Warm-Down 10 min
Kegels:
1 on / 1 off
100 quick squeezes
50 5 second squeezes
1 1min squeeze
Fowfers:
Every day
3 20min sessions
Supplements:
Multivitamin
L-Arginine (every other day)
Gingko Biloba (every other day)
Garlic (every day)
Fish Oil (every day)
Ginseng (every other day)
Yohimbe (2x/week)
I quit smoking today and also plan to limit alcohol consumption.
What do you guys think? Is it too much? Could it be better?
Thanks for any insight you vets can give...much appreciated.

Looks like a good, well thought out starting routine to me.
Good luck with it, and extra good luck with quitting smoking. I've been quit for four years now, and still can't quite believe I managed to kick it. The improved blood flow should really aid in gains.8th Aug 2010 - 7" NBPEL x 5.4" MSEG

Well welcome to the gym! As you can tell I am the only moderator to come and greet you.It seems all the mods are off playing mods games and I wasn't invited.Well afterall it is the season. You routine looks good but also go on over to the beginners section and look at the 90 day beginners program and compare it to what you're doing. Maybe starting a bit slower for a month or so to get yourself properly comditioned may help to prevent an injury! Again welcome and enjoy your stay!

Ahoy!
Sorry that I am late. I just finished playing my Mod Games for the day.
Anyway, welcome aboard shipmate!
I like your approach, especially the part about throwing the smokes overboard, but I agree with Sir Cuspie The Wisdom Gnome: 2 On 1 Off is a bit aggressive for a beginner. Work your way up to it.

Oh wow, I'm late too, sorry, the mods had asked me to fill in someone's place at their mod games.
Howdy! And good luck holding a kegel for 1 minute just starting out. Also, the number of jelqs / v-jelqs seems a little light, are you planning on increasing them weekly?
As far as the frequency, you may want to start with one on one off at first and then bump it up from there.

Sounds little intense for a newbie. I would start less hard and try to squeeze out the most gains of minimal work before advancing up.
No matter what you, look at how your dick reacts and adapt your routine to it.

Jimrod, thanks man I've tried several times but hopefully I can make it work. I'm about 36 hours in now and that's more than I've gone in the past 2-3 years probably (been smoking for five now). Congrats I hope to be where you are one day.
Cusp and others, I think I'll take your advice and move it to a one on / one off schedule. Should I increase this when I feel it's right? I figure 2-4 weeks should be a good amount of time to increase to 2 on / 1 off. I read on some older forums that 5 on / 2 off used to be a recommended newbie schedule but I assume that's been phased out...
Anyways, thanks for the quick responses. Slow and steady. I can see there is a great support team here, thanks a lot.

In regards to "Greetings gentlemen" do know, that there are a few women that post valuable in site. I'm hoping that "work hard not smart" is a Typo. It 's a very good call to start slow, too much too soon can be a set back. There is ever so much to learn and remember to have fun in the process. About Yohimbe, be a little careful with it. It is known to cause hypertension. Conceder using it only you want a little boost for your erection, It makes me all flushed if I take a full dose.
