Thread: really small guy here

hi pegym guys. i've been lurking for months now and only just decided to start now because my penis size is really affecting my self-esteem. anyway i won't be posting my starting stats since i'm really small and i cringe when i notice in the posts that some people's starting stats are actually my goals already
i decided to start off with babbis' starting routine because it's the simplest one and i want to take it slow and steady to minimize risk of injury. just a few questions though; for warm-up i dunk my dick into a glass with warm water but the water cools down way too fast i think and for a regular 15 minute warm-up i find that i had to change the water twice to keep it at the temperature that i think is warm enough; so my question is, is it okay for the water to be lukewarm towards the end, as long as your dick is "radiating off heat" when you touch it after the warm-up? also part of babbis' routine is rotary stretches which involve rotating for a 30 sec count, which i think is far too long a duration for one rotation. how is this done exactly (how are you holding your penis, is the rotation a big or a small circle, etc) as i'm not sure that what i did earlier is the correct method. thanks in advance!

Okay I'm grumpy today, no not the dwarf, so take what I say with a grain of salt.Rule number 1 is that a man does not get his self estemm from his dick! If he does than he is a dick. What a man is is the heart, the soul, his goodness, compassion, his brains, his willingness to help others, his kindness and tenderness and it goes on and on.If you are equating your self estemm with your dick than you are a little boy and shouldn't be here.There are many woman on here who have told us guys that dick size don't mean dick. Got that one? Okay let's move on.I don't know what that routine you're using is.I used JP's 90 day beginners routine which can be found in the beginners section and I would follow it to the letter.It has helped me and thousands of guys.Try his routine, look over the health section for supplements that may help, and get on the forum and ask lots of questions.You will get all the info you need right here. Now that I'm done picking on you a real nice mod will come and welcome you; they are currently playing mods games and they never invite me; that's why I'm grumpy.AND DON'T EQUATE YOURSELF TO YOUR DICK! ( follow what you'll learn here and you will be happy in the end but remember I'll be watching!)

Welcome to the gym, Flipper! First off, I understand how penis size effects self esteem...many of the members on this forum joined the gym for that exact reason (myself included). The good news is that with lots of hard work and determination, you can actually make improvements that will be likely be life changing!
I suggest taking a look at Jon Pops 90 day beginners routine as a great starting point. If you find that his routine is still a little too much initially, you're certainly able to adjust reps to a point that you feel comfortable. I'm not saying not to use babbis' routine, but many of us here have had GREAT results from JP's routine which is designed for beginners.
I used the hot water warm up method for my first 4 months of PE and ran into the same issue. I've since moved on to a clay based heat pack which goes in the microwave for about a minute and maintains its heat for like 40 minutes. I can honestly say that the heat given off by the pack far exceeds the hot water method and makes my dick much more pliable and ready to work out. If you can't get out to purchase something like that....you should look into making the oh so popular rice sock, which works similarly. As for the rotary stretch....I've never personally used them, but they seem like a great stretch. You're going to want to grasp your penis just below your glans and slowly crank your penis in a circle. The slow crank is much more effective than quickly pulling your dick in a circle...take your time with the stretch...your ligs will thank you.
If you have any other questions along the way, don't hesitate to ask! This gym is full of very supportive, non judgmental dudes (and ladies) all of which would be happy to assist you. Keep your head up about your size...you've found the gym which is the first step towards a larger, much healthier penis.

thanks for the replies CUSP82 and diesel121. this is where i got the routine https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...t-growing.html i chose this routine because it takes a less time and some guys have reported gains from it, but after i'm done with this i'm switching over to jonpop's. i know that you shouldn't equate yourself with your dick, it's just that i'm very disappointingly short and thin; if i was even 5.5inx5in i'd be really happy trust me, i'm not even looking towards a 7in+ dick like most of you guys. and yes the girls' ive been with say it doesn't matter (and i really do try hard to please them, using my tongue, hands, etc) but there's always a thought at the back of your mind that they're just saying that so you don't feel like shit. it's gotten so bad that i'm experiencing ED sometimes from performance anxiety, and i'm just in my early 20's. i've looked at the rice sock and unfortunately it's not an option for the moment; so are you saying that the water has to be kept at the same level of temperature all throughout?
mehh this is going to be a problem. when it says to do a rotary stretch to the left, you hold your penis below the glans and rotate it slowly in a big circle towards the left, holding the stretch for the duration of the time?

thanks for the welcome Pirate! and CUSP82, unfortunately from where i'm from hot water is more of a luxury rather than a necessity, and i don't have it where i'm staying
i was thinking of initially adding water with a higher temperature so that it wouldn't cool off too soon but that would be stupid haha. so i guess the warmup i did earlier is faulty. and i've always read about the importance of this..
