    Ok I'm a new member tonight. I'm really excited about this site. For various reasons in my life, I think my dick is not really at it's potential. I want one I can really go to war with. It is also going to make me not watch porn either, which I view as a positive. It won't desensitize me to the real thing. With that said, here are my official starting measurements:

    BPEL=7
    EG@Base=basically 6...I couldn't keep a damn erection when measuring

    Here's a routine I'm trying out tonight...could change as I learn more. I just want a taste.

    *15-Minutes – Warm Up
    *Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
    *Flaccid Bends (5 bends each held for 10 seconds)
    *Ulis – Only 2 holds at 45 seconds
    *15-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
    *3-Minutes – V-Jelqing (3 second strokes)
    *2-Minutes – Side Jelqing (5 second strokes)
    *I also kegeled 200 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
    *edge/masturbate to finish

    I'll start out 2 days on and 1 day off unless/until my stamina is really there on day 3. Please feel free to offer suggestions or encouragement! Off to the penis I go...

    Neither flaccid bends (intermediate exercise) nor ulis (advanced exercises) should be done considering your level of conditioning which is close to zero as you just started to PE. They might lead you to injury and I'm sure that's not what you are here for!

      Listen to NormalGuy and don't be in such a rush. This is not a race and it is very easy for an excited beginner to get hurt.

        Point taken...I will adjust that routine later tonight. All I can say is that after a fairly long session last night, I was horny all fuckin day today. It feels a little looser, which is nice. I ran into a small issue with the warmup. It's cold here, and when I get out of the hot water, the warmup is sort of nullified. Hmm...maybe incorporating a shower would help. Anyways, this stuff is impressive.

          Hey TheLion. I'm also new to P.E. and I'm impressed with your starting stats. Personally, I would be scared to try the routine you set for yourself. I would much rather have my 5.9 all the time set for use rather than wait for weeks to heal. Good luck with P.E. It's nice to see someone at the same stage as myself. Grady

            Hey Lion - even if you think "oh I won't injure my dick" which I'm not saying you are...the reason for cutting down your routine in the beginning is also because you will gain easily at first. Why do such a rigorous routine when you could do your 5 directional stretches and jelqing and still gain?

            If you "feel" that isn't enough, try some kegels, edging, JAI stretches, and fowfering!

              Welcome to PE, Lion! Slow and steady wins the race. Don't overdo it!
              To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

                Ok well I'm now about a month or so into doing this stuff. I am gradually going from like 3 days a week to 4, and now I'm starting 5 days a week for my sessions. I do it really simple. Kegel holds, about 50-60 (gradually increasing) jelqs, and oriental massages. I'll take a bath to warm up and a shower to warm down after. I just kind of stretch it out when I'm in the bath and occasionally/rarely when doing other things. I measured it last night at 7.5" bone pressed. The girth was 5.5, but I'm not sure that's accurate (girth is hard to measure). Anyways, I was pretty inconsistent in the past 5-6 weeks doing this, so with this improvement, I'm excited to start actually being more faithful about it. I have also noticed an increase in my hardness and orgasm quality... awesome stuff guys!

                      I was inspired by a big gainer on this forum to try this whole thing again starting a few months ago. 11x7 I think is his name. Anyways, I built up just jelqing from 10 minutes per day to 1:30. Then, I just recently started stretching. I've measured myself at 7.75 very bone-pressed, or 7.5 if you want to be conservative. Girth-wise, I measured at 6+, but not sure on exact number. I figured it to be the width of my ring finger and thumb making an OK sign. This happens to be the same as my wrist at its smallest point, and I just measured that to be nearly 7 inches! Wow, I didn't know I was quite on that level.

                      Anyways, I am currently stretching 0:30 and jelqing 1:30. I think the chamber along the bottom of my dick is ahead of the sides, so I will start changing my grip to target them more. I am not sure what to do beyond that? Should I stretch before I jelq, or jelq before I strech? I've been doing the later.

                      PS- My best advice to others is that ballooning seemed to make a big difference in adding girth for me.

                      PSS- I'm also at 8 inches stretched when semi-erect. I believe this is an improvement from the past too when I could only stretch to 8 if totally flaccid. Now, I am currently stretching up to 8.25 if it gets really loose.

                      My greatest downfall is wanting to just jack off and watch porn. I said it before and failed, but this time I mean it. No more porn. I will train my dick to be hard on command.

                        Goals:
                        1. Eliminate porn from life
                        2. Don't obsess over PE by setting aside proper time and not wasting it
                        3. 8.5 erect length
                        4. 7 girth

                        Plan:
                        -Do PE without any other electronics on except maybe music
                        -Wake up earlier, go to bed earlier, never feel like I'm wasting time because I will do stuff during the day and feel "ahead of time"
                        -Continue jelqing, but change grip to target sides more
                        -Continue with stretches
                        -Continue ballooning after workouts

                        Look into: more advanced techniques for stretching, possibly look into a hanger or stretcher
