Wish me luck!
Hi everyone, I've been a lurker here for sometime. Funny thing is, I used to think I had about 4.5 - 5" EL and at least a 4.5 EG. Well, went about measuring this morning and WOW!
I'm only measuring up to 4.1 EL x 4 EG (and that is bone-pressed!) I used to comment to my ex-gf about how small I felt, and she'd tell me I'm not.. But I knew better. It's so easy to dupe ourselves, eh?
So without any ado, I'll be starting on JP's 90 day routine and will check my progress only in 3 months. Wish me luck!

Well, in the spirit of mutual respect, I'll say 'good luck' like you've asked, and everyone has wished back. Now, don't take this the wrong way...
To be really honest, everyone on here (including myself) relied on "luck" and wound up with a dick they needed to improve! I don't like luck, because I usually lose when I use it.
So, instead, I wish you success! The effort and commitment you make will directly correspond to your gains. Improving your EQ, length, girth and overall penile health doesn't take luck.

Thanks everyone for the warm support! And yes, midasman, success would be a better word since I got only 4" out of luck. :) I'll be asking loads of questions pretty soon..
Now it's pretty much the logistics phase. Olive oil has been bought. Supplements (L Arginine and Lysine) are still being sourced. I'll prolly only be able to do it late at night or early in the morning since I don't live alone!

More or less got JP's routine down after a week. As I don't live alone, my PE sessions are done after midnight, when everyone's asleep. Boiling a kettle of water and locking myself in the room with a bottle of olive oil for an hour.
Warm Up
I don't have a microwave, so warm-ups are done using a plastic bag filled with hot water and tied at the top. I cover the plastic bag with a towel, place my penis straight down and leave the hot water on top for 2 minutes, straight up 2 minutes, left 2 minutes and right 2 minutes. Used to dip the towel in the hot water, but that seemed ineffective as the towel cools really fast. An added perk, the plastic of hot water is still considerably warm after 1 hr of jelqing! Perfect for a warm-down.
Heli-shakes
This one's still kinda messy. I can't get nice rotations, but the idea is to let the blood flow.. So.
Jelqing
At the start, I was jelqing and realising that the feeling of blood being squeezed into the shaft occurs only on alternate jelqs. Realised I had the technique wrong cos I squeezed the glans, the other hand starts the jelq from the base to the glans, then without releasing the second hand's grip on the glans, I started the other hand from the base of the shaft to the glans. So in essence, I didn't release my grip. Have corrected it by releasing fully (hands-off) to count as 1 rep.
I still turtle a bit once in a while, but the frequency has decreased. Not much difference in visual terms in both flaccid and erect states, but I'm resisting the urge to measure up until a month has passed! Also, exercise helps! When I first started, I had not exercised (jogging, gym) for almost a month. Yesterday I had a short 2 mile run and that made a huge difference during my PE session! My flaccid felt more plump and filled with blood. Blood flow is important!

Sound like a really good start. Keep at it and I think that it is a very good idea to not measure more than one a month. Happy gains. :bolt:

Wow we're the same size pretty much. I was initially 4 inches Non bone pressed but after 3 weeks of JP90's routine I am about 4.3-4.5 inches non bone pressed. It's just an estimate and when I don't have my tape measure, I used my phone (4.5 inches length) as a reference and pretty much it's the same size at 100% erection.
