  • First day: complete

So i should come introduce myself now that i have taken the plunge haha. i will take all my measurements and sig them but im like 6.5 BPEL and a bit over 5 EG. but after a long time of researching and studyngi i decided this is for me and am prepared to do what it takes. i have very optimistic goals and would like to gain 1.5-2 inches in 12 months, to get my NBPEL between 7.5 and 8, which would be about my ideal size. girth isnt much of a concern to me, and ive read its a real bitch to get sizable girth gains so once i accomplish my length goals ill consider pursuing that. am 21, so hopefully thatll make my gains come faster because my body is young and can recover faster etc etc.

but anyway it looks like a great and supportive community here and i am excited to join in and make this a part of my life. so hi!

    Glad you are here!

Make sure those starting measurments are absolutely, brutally accurate. This way, you will know without any doubt that you are really gaining!

        Welcome to the gym learntolift,
It seems that you've done your homework and started to PE, well done! Remember that you should consider that you never know enough on PE and keep on reading as much as you can. This link contains all the info on basic and less basic questions you might have: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...y-threads.html
Last thing, I'd advise you not to put any deadline for gains as it is the best way to be disappointed. You might reach your goal in a year of time as you want, but maybe you won't! Always remember that any gains are good gains...

          Welcome!

Like Midas said, make sure you're completely honest with yourself. No fudging... when you go back and read your log if you start one, you can be absolutely sure you've gained a bit... if you fudge a little in either direction you may think you gained more, or you may think you didn't gain at all... Dead Accuracy is always a good bet.

normalguy, thanks a lot for the link and i definitely will keep up the research. and yeah you are totally right, any gains are good gains, i think that is a great mentality to keep up the motivation

somebodyelse, agreed. i want to be as specific as possible so that i notice any gains at all because i am pretty skeptical about whether ill be able to succeed or not. honestly i feel like this is all too good to be true lol, until i finally see for myself

Welcome to PE learntolift! Stick with PE and you will gain!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Good luck, its great you got a log going, I've been PE'ing for a while but didn't make a log until now, and i think that would have really helped.

its been like a bit over a month, im scared to measure lol...like it probably isnt any bigger cause i had very good EQ before i started. so i guess im scared to measure cause if i see no gains i know myself, and ill be discouraged, even though i know 1 month i shouldnt expect to see anything really. but its just an inherent feeling i know ill get...so i have been avoiding measuring...

should i measure, or wait til im done with the 90 days?

I don't know because I didn't looked at my penis while it was 100% erect lol, but I saw some improvements after the first week in my EQ and I had a strong ejaculation when I masturbated at some bloody porn's, I use to be a non-believer but PE is actually working and I will never stop exercises cause it convinced me that day
