Hello everyone, I've been creeping around the site (as many do I see) for a good 2 months now, and decided that I was ready to try it out. I have no problem satisfying my girlfriends, but it does not change my personal experience. It's not an inferiority complex as much as a drive to enjoy sex a bit more, I love impressing women with skill (for the reaction more than anything), so why not elicit that same response with something else I can work for and earn?
Starting:
BPEL: 5.5
EG: 4.5
FL: 3.5
Looking forward the support that you all can offer, and after I continue to learn I hope to help others.

Welcome to the gym, Polishprince! Glad you decided to join. My suggestion would be to start and maintain a very detailed progress log as soon as you begin exercising. This will come in handy later when you want to look back and see what exercises benefited you most and which ones you could have done without. It's also nice to get feedback from other members who can critique/comment on your progress. Time to get to work!

From one Polish Prince to another, welcome to PEGym! Stick with the exercises and you will make gains!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Haha Thanks a lot everyone! Did not expect the hearty welcome at all.
I began doing abbreviated portions of JP's 90 day a few days ago, simply to acquaint myself with the techniques and approximately gauge the time lengths that a healthy session should take, but I plan on beginning officially today. I have taken measurements and prepped myself (and planned out my times) so I believe I'm off to the races! I'll be setting a thread in the "log" section right after this.
Thanks again to all that welcomed!
