    Hello everyone. I stumbled onto this site back in October last year. I loosely tried JP's program as well as experimented with other exercises. Gave it about two months then holidays, work, and life in general got in the way and I lost focus so now I'm back. During this time I did just enough to stay conditioned but made little to no gains. Not even sure if my starting stats are accurate or just poor EQ.

    As you can tell by my sig I'm starting with good stats I suppose. What I'm basically here for is to add just a little length, a little girth, correct a slight leftward curve, and improve stamina. Size wise I'd like to be BPEL 9" x 6.5 max. Like I said I feel like I'm still conditioned so here's my plan of attack.

    10 min warm up
    10 min of stretches with emphasis on stretching against the left lig and tunica
    10 min of dry jelqs (wet jelqs just seem to engorge the skin more the the cc.)
    Erect bends against the curve
    15 min edging

    Yeah bro wow you got me beat and you have barely started gaining. Plus you have H high BPFSL so your EQ needs to be increased and you could be gaining length like crazy.
