Hey guys, I've been creeping around this site for a while now but haven't really set into a dedicated routine up until now. As you might've guessed from the title, I'm uncircumcised. Jelqing still has me a little frustrated from the foreskin trying to slide back up as my hand does, but it ain't no thang.
My beginning measurements are:
BPEL: 6.25"
NBPEL: 5.13" sometimes 5.6" on good days
EG: 4.5"
BPFL: 3.8"
FG: 4"
So far all I'm really doing is warming up in the shower and stretching in there. I jelq afterwards to save a little water but I don't follow it up with a V Jelq. This is because when I jelq I put more pressure on the sides of ma paynis and that is the point of a V jelq, not to mention it's just odd feeling for my hands. Later on in the day I try to do some light edging, still having trouble if I try to get to close to the PONR.
This is all I'm really doing right now, should I be upping the ante from a lack of V jelqs or should I still be taking it really slow for how recently I started?
Eventually my goal is to be NBPEL 7"x5.75", I'm not trying to get crazy big because I'm a shorter guy and I think it'd just look ridiculous on me. How long do you think a goal of adding almost 2"x1.25" would take? To be honest the girth is the goal I'm trying to get at most but I know it usually comes later after length and eventually I think I'd like to build up a big head if it doesn't come along with the exercises.
Thanks guys.

To be honest I don't think you need to gain 2 inches length. If there's over an inch difference between bp and nbp that suggests you only need to gain about 1.25 length and get the fat pad down to .5. Of course it may be the case that you're already in shape and it's just genetics giving you that fat pad.
I would suggest taking things slow just like you've already said, good call.
Honestly if you've been lurking for a while, you know that gains are impossible to predict and nobody can tell you that.
Anyway, welcome to the gym and good luck!Foreskins are friends.

Welcome to the Gym! I would suggest that you take it slow and progress a little each week based on your PI's. Its impossible to give a time frame for gains because everyone gains at a different rate, if your REALLY dedicated then your goals are possible but be prepared for the long haul.
There are members here that have achieved those kinds of gains but it takes a long time

Welcome to our thang MasterExploder! When you say with the jelqs the skin tries to go back up does that mean you retract the foreskin for jelqing? If so, try it with the foreskin covering the glans as normal. It works fine for me and other uncut guys.

I am actually slightly overweight and am working on that too so hopefully the pad will go down with that. Thanks for the advice man.

I tried both ways but with the foreskin up it seemed to leech the blood from jelqing instead of going into the head. And it leaves little vein imprints when I retract it afterwards to look (I got a kinda veiny one). It is a lot easier though so I may go back to that method.

Also, my tunica appears to be my limiting factor so I guess I'll focus more on stretching that

Also forgot to mention, I have a slight leftwards bend and a little bit of a tilt. Looking down, the top of my urethra is more to the right than the bottom is. The tilt I could care less about but the bend is like the left side is totally straight but the right side has a bulge which then angles my glans slightly left of center.
Should I work on this in the beginning so that gains will be applied to the fix or wait 'til I'm more conditioned?2/20/11 Starting
