well im pretty new with this, just processing all the info that i founded out in this great forum.
I`m pretending to falow jp routine for a try and see what happens.

Welcome to the gym, OneLove! JP's routine is a great place to start and has been successful for many of the members here at the gym. Try and start a progress log as soon as possible. The progress log is a great way to track your progress while getting feedback from other members at the gym. I've also found that by keeping my progress log as up to date as possible, that it helps me stay consistent and miss very few workouts. Time to get to work!
