Newly Registered Lurker
Hey there, PEGym forum. I've been lurking for a few months, but decided to join up and actually try this. I've been doing a tad of the exercises here and there, but too sparse to have actually accomplished anything. I'm hoping for some improvements though, and to stick to this.
BPEL/NBPEL: 6"
EG: 5.3"
Goal
BPEL/NBPEL: 7 - 7.5"
EG: 5.5 - 6"
I'm lumping BP and NBP together since I lack any fat pouch whatsoever. Been a pretty thin dude most my life.
The main problem I encounter with the exercises though, is that I have a great EQ and I get erections pretty hastily. I can't do the exercises is what I'm trying to get at. What should I do to stop getting erections?

Congrats for finally making it official! Glad to have you here at the Gym (diggin the username too - LOL!)
Since you've been here a while, you know the drill and the routine. As far as cutting out the erections? All I can recommend is concentrate. The longer you do them, the easier not catching wood will become. But as long as your EQ is great, keep that as long as you can!
Welcome aboard!

Thanks!
I'm just going to try hard to do this right. I think I'm going to try and go with the 90 day challenge, but I'm not sure if I can stick to it. I hope I can. Just going to keep it simple with the Jelqs and stretches. I don't really understand what I'm supposed to do for helicopter shakes though, but I'll work it out.
I'm hoping to be an active member here, and hopefully see if all this is for real or not. I'm highly doubting it being a huge advertisement conspiracy, so I'm hoping for the best!

Welcome to the gym man. Your starting off a pretty good and also common size. Have a look around, immerse yourself in the PE world as much as possible :D

As long as you lurked, I would've thought you'd been in full PE mode by now! Get to cracking partner! :becky:
Helicopter shakes are nothing more than twirling your cock like you're spinning a keychain. Nothing to it really. Just get started on JP's program - you'll learn better technique as you go along - none of us here ever got it right the first time out of the box. A lot of trial and error PE is - but as long as you follow some of the good advice here, you'll be fine.
