I've recently started lurking on this forum and tried out the JP90 routine and tomorrow is my 6th day (not counting today and yesterday as they are rest days). So far, I've noticed a more consistent long flaccid length but I do get the occasional turtling once every day and I've noticed a thicker flaccid length but no changes in NBEL though EG looks visually thicker.
To break it down to numbers-
NBPEL x EG - 4"x4"
NBPFL x FG (Non stretched) - 3"x3"
My Goals
NBPEL x EG - 7"x5"
NBPFL x FG - atleast 5"x4"
Yeah I'm a bit on the small side, but that's why I'm here, to improve my self both physically, aesthetically, psychologically and spiritually.
