    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to this website but I've known loosely about jelqing and PE for a few years. I just never knew how real it was. I always figured that there was some validity in it but I never knew how much until I found this site. So now I am a new hopeful trying to get things started, from the awkwardness or obtaining supplies (oils, etc) to getting down the exercises right and, very important here, trying to find the right schedule for all of this.

    From what I've gathered here, this is what I need: 1) a journal, 2)the right exercise (I'm using JP's 90 Day Beginner's Guide), 3)some sort of lotion or oil, & 4)determination! I think that this forum is a great idea because it helps inspire people like me who need community and support to get through long, drawn out projects or goals. I'd like to say more but I don't want to get to chatty.

    I guess the last thing I'd like to say is what I hope to achieve, and that is obviously penis enhancement and health, but I also hope to gain a lot of feedback, support, tips, and sharing of knowledge.

    So I hope to get to know some of you and maybe we can help each other out. Thanks!

    Welcome to the gym, Epson! You seem to have done your research about what you need to get started. Make sure you keep your progress log as up to date as possible. I've found that by making daily updates to my log, that it keeps me much more consistent with my workouts. You'll find it be quite helpful a few months/years down the road when you're trying to remember which routines were most beneficial to you, and which ones didn't help you gain at all.
