Hey guys, I'm a new member and after trolling for about two weeks and reading up, I feel like I'm ready to get down to business here and create an actual plan with goals and benchmarks. I'm a very fit guy, have a lot of experience with exercise, stretching, and lifting, but I'm being very careful about my PE.
I've kinda created a little bit of a hybrid exercise routine for myself, and if you guys don't mind, I'm looking for some suggestions or criticism.
This is what I've been doing so far by the end of week 1.
-Warm up for about 5 minutes with a washcloth.
1-stretching left, right, up, straight, down, between legs, each with 25 kegels. After that I usually do a bit of a helicopterish stretch around which I feel helps loosen me up pretty well. (This goes by quickly, I feel like I need more stretches)
2-Jelqing 20-60 reps. (It's now day 6 and I worked up to 60 today before I felt fatigue.)
I feel like I might not be doing enough, I know less is more at this point, but I'd like to make sure I'm doing enough, or at least have a plan for after a few more weeks go by.
A question about jelqing: I notice when I apply a strong amount of pressure while jelqing from the base to the glans, I can feel and see the shaft and glans swell with blood. This is accompanied by a stretching, FULL feeling in my penis. This is something I would look for when lifting weights, but I'm not sure if this is what I want happening with my penis. Yes? No?
I am unsure whether or not I am applying to much pressure when jelqing, especially because at this level of pressure, i am gripping too hard for the skin of my penis to slip through my hand, and instead feel like I am doing some form of a dry jelq.
Any direction on my form and level of work out would be greatly appreciated. These sessions last 15 minutes tops, and I'd like to devote more time and energy to my routine with a little guidance. Thanks!

By the way, I feel like my erections are already much fuller (at least at the glans). It could be due to the new girlfriend, but I'd like to think my work is already paying off.

Your routine looks decent enough and you can progress as you go, pay attention to your PI's and let them guide you with the progression.
You may be squeezing a little to hard(?) so try some different levels of intensity, some guys like to use a little more intense squeeze when jelqing then others but just don't overdo it or it can be counter productive.
The ideal jelquing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively forces blood up the penis.

Welcome to the PE Gym. Oh yeah, less is more. You have the rest of your life to dial in your routine and an injury is an automatic timeout. I was rereading this Jelq link and thought that you might like to have a look at it.
