    hi i just joined today. i was really skeptical about this whole pe thing, and i thought that surgery was the only way to make it permanently bigger. i have been convinced otherwise. i was reading a whole bunch of information on pe the last week or so now. i have always been pretty insecure about my size, and what made it worse was the ex-girlfriend told me i dont do it for her in bedroom.
    i workout alot so im pretty used to doing things in routines on a daily basis. im trying to figure out what exercises and stretching to do to help it grow. so any recommendations on exercises would greatly appreciated i have used alot of sauce the last 5 years and i have never seen it grow bigger, maybe cause i wasnt doing excerises for it. anyway, my length measurement is 5.5, i just wanna gain about 1 1/2 inches for length. would this be considered too much ? thanks

    Welcome to the PE Gym. You are going to learn so much about your penis and yes there is a better choice than surgery. I'm glad you found us. I'll start you with my favorite beginner link the checklist.

    Anyone of these will get you on your way. The first few months are about safely conditioning you penis. Your first priority should always be your little mans health. You are starting at about the same length that I did and I've picked up a little more than a inch in length and a bout a half an inch in girth, But even better than that I have much better EQ (Erection Quality). Remember to have a little fun along with your gains.

    Funny you're old girlfriend said the same to me when we broke it off. She told me I didn't do it for her in the bedroom as well. Oh you didn't know that we went out before she met you? She was good at keeping secrets and if I remember she wasn't all that great either. Kind of mean of me to say that stuff wasn't it but you know I was just full of crap. It is the same as the line of crap she told you about not doing it for her in the bedroom.When people split up sometimes they just say things that are untrue but just to be mean. I really don't know why. Throw that line right out of your head, stop being insecure, get on a good pe routine and enjoy your life and your future loves! Oh by the way while I'm here I'll just say welcome to the gym!
