Hey How's it going! figured i'd say hi, make the start to a new habbit/lifestyle choice.
I've tried this before but the habbit never stuck..
This time will be very different!
I have crazy goals, But I figure why not!! I love the idea of being a cocky bastard lol.
Started excercising last week.. started the basic routine outline here though 2 days ago. Already seen an increase by 0.1 inchs... & that isn't just wishful thinking!
My diets really good atm, I'm supplmenting with Aged garlic extract, and just short of a table extract of cod liver oil before & after sleep (with a slice of butter). Both work to thin the blood (thus shouldn't be done to excess).
Also taking 4 brazil nuts before bed, ten almonds.. and twice a week 3 eggs scrambled.
The reasoning for the latter being testosterone is formed from cholesterol, & production peaks 2 hours into sleep.
I only take eggs twice a week before sleep due to the increase of aggression levels is a bit much (shows it works lol). The experience has taught me that anger is not rational lol.
But yeah, testosterone aid's cell reproduction...
I'll be honest, I'm extremly confident I'm going to make crazy gains. I find the excercised hard though, as my pubic hair rises quite high up my length.. and skin gets in the way too (the main reason I've given up before). Never quite feels like i've done enough.. or that it's even doing anything... I mean in the gym you know when your done right! are other people finding/found similar experiences!?
Has anyone else got any ideas nutritionally!? I notice the article section has a nutrition segment but with no information!?!?

Hey mate, 0.1 in 2 days - excellent! Sounds like this time you're gonna make a success of it. The skin getting in the way can be annoying but i reckon before too long you'll find your own way around it. I tend to use one hand to hold it back while jelqing and then switch hands- you'll soon find what works for you.
Interesting stuff about the T levels and eggs before bed i might get on board with that sometime. Anyways, all the best in your pe mate, see you around the forums!

nice one mate! if you give it a go, make sure it's three minimum.. as this has been found to be the minimum ammount needed for effect!

I'm really to hear that people on here are considering their health and nutrition while introducing Pe as just an extension of good overall health. Kudos! Keep it up.
