Hello, I am a 22 year old man, I currently have a 7" bpel and 5.1" EG but I am getting married in September and Im hoping to surprise her with a little "gift" of size.
I am currently doing JP90 and wearing a vixam proextender for 4 hours per day, my LOT is at a little above 9 o'clock.
I am wondering what kind of gains I can expect to see in 6 months, and if this is okay that I am doing JP90 and wearing my extender. I do one hour with the exrtender first thing in the morning, then take an hour break and have a hot shower, then i do jp90 (jelqing and streching and a warmdown) then i go to work for 8 hours and come home and wear my extender for another 3 hours.
thanks guys

Welcome to the PEGym, Goingfor8.
Thanks for joining and thanks for posting.
Results vary wildly by individual but 6 months is long enough that I am confident that you will see, and feel, results.
I don't have any experience with extenders so I will leave that discussion to those better informed.
Yaarrr!

I think u can get to 7 inches in 6 months only using JP's routine. Never used an extender though

Welcome to PEGym, goingfor8! Keep at it and you will gain!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Anyone else have, comments suggestions or advice? Also I forgot to say that I have a mild left curve which is actually the primary reason I am doing pe and the only reason I am using an extender. Do you guys think I will be overtraining if I do jp90 and use the extender 4-5 hours per day? Claxito please chime in, I know you are very knowledgeable. Thanks again guys

I'm not big on devices... BUT it's probably better to condition yourself then extend. Or extend only then add jelqs in later. Don't start with both because it may be too much.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

I'm not disagreeing with you because I honestly don't have a whole lot of knowledge or experience with PE, but so far I am not showing any signs of over training, I have done about a month, maybe a little longer of stretching and jelqing before I started using the extender. Does this change anything or should I still do strictly conditioning then extend when I am conditioned better?

So I've quit using my extender for now, going to try just JP90 for 3 months then incorperate the use of the extender. Thanks for all the positive advice and feedback, this site rocks.
Technically speaking it does...
