    But I am a 29 yr old male that is basically trying to increase my girth! I am fine with my length but I would like a thicker unit! Any suggestions on a routine and excerise for girth that works I have read all of the exercises but don't really know where to start!

    Welcome to the gym sj
    If you have never done PE before you want to get you unit condition first.
    You should try JPs 90 day beginner routine to start with; your EQ (erection quality) should be around 50-80% if you are looking to gain girth.

    Hey daddy yeah i agree with 3rdlegparty too, you want to do a beginners phase before going onto strictly girth. JP's routine is tried and tested and is a great place to start. If it seems heavy-duty at first you could do it 1 day on, 1 day off, or 2/1, for a few weeks to get your dong used to the work. Read up on the beginners forum "sticky threads" to get some good info and always pay close attention to your body clues (pi's) Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

    Welcome Sjdaddy! Your going to have a difficult time trying to pull off the JP 90 in the shower especially at first when your learning the exercises.
    The link Titty gave you has other routines in it you can look at and we have a shower routine you can check out to get you going..
