Hey All,
I'm 28, slim (70kg) and 1,82cm in height, starting stats:
16cm BPEL (6.4") - 13,2cm girth (5.25")
I'm following the JP methode for 3 weeks now and feeling confident about getting results
Also, I'm getting a heating-pad for warming up (something I skip for now)
Streching and helicopters for 5/10 min
I'm using Jojoba Oil for wet jelqing (20 min)

Welcome mate, great start stats. I love the smell of jojoba oil i might need to try that for pe!

Thanks guys,
I got my heating pad in the mail today and started my gym with a 10 min. warmup and ended with a 20 min. warm down.
Also I'm currently logging training time and days off in an excel-sheet,
