    Hey whats up everyone...
    My name is Jeremy-im 19 years old....to put it simply my member isn't all that impressive...to anyone lol
    Before being in my current relationship with my girlfriend of 5 months...i have been told that my penis isn't the most impressive...And now within the last month she has even told me you know...maybe i should try some extenze or enzyte--which i have read and found out are both scams...or only work for a small percentage of men...So i started looking outside of the box to products like (...) -which she is going to buy me next month...maybe...

    However i was searching jelq techniques, because i have heard that, that will help extremely... and came across this website..Sooooo here i am. Several months ago i began doing kegel excercises and have become somewhat of a master at resisting the point of no return...which i believe is what you guys call edging. Now i am attempting to increase my penis length, and girth if possible. As of last night i did an extremely rough measurement, but will accurately measure soon. My direct EL is 5 and 1/4", with the distance horizontally being 2" even. My short term goal is to reach 6" and i was hoping that it wouldnt take too too long....But patience is the key...no matter how quickly i would like to see results. I've learned that with the kegels : /....And my long term goal being to achieve a length of 7.25" However ill be happy with 6.5 lol...

    But i figured i would hop on here tell you a little bit about me, my current situation, and introduce myself.

    i have been reading and reading non-stop for about 2 hours now lol...i found the beginners page, videos, pictures...all kinds of good helpful info...kind of getting a headache lol...too much learning and overwhelming myself

    Remember to be consistent with your exercises, you can possibly gain a half a inch by xmas this year if you stick to the routines..

    yes i found the beginner routine--
    Mine seemed to be the same as him at 6:00..i did the hot cloth as well for about 5 mins...so i need to up that time
    i missed the warm up stretches/kegels because i found his post after i did my routine...
    i did 100 wet jelqs-due to a previous website i found said that was a good number
    I tried v-jelqs...but can't seem to get the form right, it feels incredibly weird..maybe that is the point but it needs to be worked on..
    And i warmed down as well
    he then states that you should do 100 kegels a day-which is no big concern to me, i do them when im in class haha

    I take one-a-day mens vitamins and looked earlier for arginine pills, getting some of them will be on my to-do list soon

    Have you considered usieng a Rice Sock as a warm up instead of a cloth, http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Rice-Sock . Just be sure to use real rice and not the insta rice, and another good tip for a warm down is a nice hot shower..

    i had just read about the use of a rice sock, but have yet to try it...it sounds much easier- and i had just got out of the bathtub so my warm up was essentially a hot shower-and then a hot rag..

    as to real rice--the only thing i have is minute maid rice, and nashiri medium/short grained rice which is what i use to make my sushi...is that considered real?

    the minute made rice is NOT the correct rice, the grained rice IS the correct rice.
