Ive been sifting through a few different sites on natural male enhancement and have picked up on a few things, that in 1 month trials have proven to increase blood flow to the area... Pc, jelqs, and extensions are the only things ive really tried...
Im a freshman in college and figure i should start this now before the benefits of having extra hormones starts to slow down...
Where should i get started?

I've read a few articles and have come to the following..
I do not want to use supplements other than the suggested vitamins..
I do not want to use accessories.
I do however want to start a short 20 minute routine that I can do every other day..
I also need a place to track my starting spot.. I'm thinking my signature?
If someone could give me a link to a short starters routine that would be awesome!
I got a but lost in what you provided.

I'll try to dig out Way's Shower Routine and link it for you its a quick effective routine but i can't quite remember where it is. A great 20 min workout to start off with though could just be
8 min warm-up
5 mins basic stretches (30 sec hold each direction x2, or 30 sec hold each direction with rotary cranks in between)
5 mins basic jelqing
2 min cooldown
50 - 100 kegels during the day
