    Hello everyone!

    I found this forum maybe 3 days ago. I was considering exercising my penis for about last 2 years, but i never believed that it will help me with my premature ejaculations and will help me to grow. I was looking for help on forums in my home country (somewhere in europe), but forums there .. no comment. This one is just insane. For last couple days I was basically going crazy about this website. I was going through many different threads:

    Thats the most interesting threads I went through so far. ( Please advice if there is something I should definitely read about),

    Something about me.

    I believe in philosophy that a God gave us body, but that doesn't mean we cannot make it better and fight with our complexes (Of course in a healthy way not injuring your self in the same time). When i was 15-16 I was extremely skinny, and I didn't really like it. I started working out. Now I am 20 and I am proud of how did I developed my muscles. I never took any kind of steroids. Good diet, some supplements (Gainers and proteins mainly) and here I am. Now there is a time to "fix" my dick. I never measured it, but I just know I am under average ( I will add measurements very soon). I know, that nothing will come from one day to another (my body building experience). I know that after time it will just become a part of my life and I will keep doing it until I will be proud of what is hanging down there.

    So please, guys I am looking forward to share my experienced with you ( I hope this thread will be helpful for future members), but also I want to learn from your experience. Thats how I build my muscles, now time for da dick!

    Ok guys, first of all, I need some help with your "Coding". As I already said, English is not my native language, and sometimes I am having hard time reading all posts since I never studied words that are connected to Penis enlargement methods and so on.     PONR -Point of no return. The point at which you know you will orgasm and no longer have any control over the outcome.
    bc/pc muscles- Muscles in the pelvic floor. Imagine muscles in an 8 shape that surround your anus and also they are between your anus and scrotum. These have allot to do with ejaculation and erection level.
    yin/yang ( I know that it has a lot to do with mind training/premature;delayed ejaculation.
    Term from asia to describe a positive and negative force. In PE used to describe the relationship between your bc/pc muscles. Read "Implications" by Pegasus for more information.
    PoNR Same as above
    MMO Male Multi Orgasmic. A man able to achieve multiple orgasms in one sexual encounter.
    PE Penis exercising
    PC muscle exercises (The one u train with kegel?) Exactly right. Search for threads by Pegasus for great information. He even laid out a routine for people new to pe today.
    EQ The quality of your erection. 10 being rock hard decreasing to 1 which I assume is completely flaccid. Sometimes a percent is used.

    FOR MEASUREMENT
    FG: Flaccid Girth how thick your penis is when in a non aroused state. Girth is measured as a circumfrence.
    FL: Flaccid length
    EG: Erect Girth
    BPFSL: Belly Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length- Ruler pressed to pubic bone flaccid penis stretched.
    NBPEL: Non belly pressed erect length. measured from begining of penis to tip
    BPEL: Belly pressed erect length

    Now another question. First things I want to do is to gain length while flaccid ( I think thats how you call it) and fight with my premature ejaculation. I want to focus on those first. I just received my bathmate tho . So there is my question, if I will do https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html, will I gain while flaccid? Will I have a nice hang? Or it will work overall?

    And for premature ejaculation I guess I will read how to do reverse kegels (thats what I read, it should help).

    Btw, can I get any opinions about Fleshlight as stamina training device? Or maybe there was thread like this already, I was trying to find one but I failed.
