    Hi all, been kind of hovering around for a while and figured it was time to say hello. I am in my 40's and just got out of a long term relationship. I have never been comfortable with my size (6" EL x 4.75 EG) figured its never to late to start.
    I have been doing the JP workout for just over a week now and plan on measuring once a month so I do not get discouraged (I understand that pe takes time and patience). I am in this for the long haul.

    Well on day #4 of being on the shelf, guess I must of either over did it or maybe pushed out the jelqs a little to much.
    Found I was having a weird feeling in the head of my penis, today is the first day I haven't felt it but figured I may be better off to hold off for another day or 2 before I start again.

    I want you to look at the penile anomalities thread, and check out the hard flaccid stuff and nerve damage stuff. Read those, get scared, then come back. This way you wil; NEVER ever think about overdoing it, and by nature take it REALLY easy before progressing. I highly reccomend it. I wish someone had given me the benfit of scaring me early on. now im victim of a 2 year long injury that still hasnt gone away.
