I'm excited that I found this website. I've been doing very little on my own because of some book I've read in College. By little, I've only concentrated on kegels, so I can hold myself for a long time, but that's just not enough I think. I just wish I would have found this website sooner but better now than never.
I'm always interested in self-improvement readings and working out, and this will be great in my repertoire. I've just got done reading all of the beginner's information and I have measured myself and currently stand:
BPEL: 4.8"
EGB: 3.4"
EGM: 3.6"
EGG: 3.2"
I want to increase both my length and girth: My current goal is BPEL: 5.5"; EGB: 4"; EGM: 4.5"; EGG: 4"
and I'm thinking about going with JP's 90 Days and I'm pretty stoked. I'm going to wake up everyday an extra hour early just for this. Gotta get it done before my roommates get up.Last edited by den15; 03-16-2011 at 09:12 AM.

On your EG goals I suggest 4.5 EGB, 4" EGM and 4" EGG considering the sensitive sone of a vagina is in the outer parts there isn't much use of having a bigger MEG than BEG. Other than that it sounds like you have things figured out! So good luck

Welcome mate! You seem to have a good attitude for this. To quote his Holiness the Dalai Lama, everything should be guided by realism, patience and moderation!
All the best in your pe adventures!
