Thread: starting! need advice

So im new to all this, sorta trying to do it in secret aswell. im currently 6.3 inches BPEL and havent done girth yet.
My goal is 7Inches! I've briefly read through the different exercises and articles, and im going to try the JP90 day routine.
I'm uncircumsised, find it a bit harder trying to jelque, im with my girlfriend alot so i have to do it in secret sorta and dont get too much time to do it. in the shower is really my best option.
Just some quick questions, how long does a workout usually take? how often do you really need to do it to get results?
any begginer tips or anything that could help? cheers all!

The answer to your second question is it varies from one person to the next. For some, less is more. For others, a lengthy, more strenuous routine works best. If you start out with a 15 minute session, that should be fine. Play it by ear.

Welcome to the PE Gym. First off it might be better if you let your girl friend in on your PE activities, it worked for me with my wife. Beginning workouts usually take about a thirty minutes and the best tip I could give you is watch your PIs. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!
