  • About to start but have a problem

    Hey all,

    I am finally going to start my PE journey, however I have a problem; I am in college and have roommates. Due to this, I can't spend a ton of time in the bathroom/shower to perform the routines I have seen. Does anyone have a beginners routine that doesn't take long to perform?

    I would start with a simple jelqing routine. Spend five or so minutes in the shower warming up--then jelq for five to ten minutes. Don't forget to kegel while jelqing. Continue to kegel throughout the day whenever you think about it. You can kegel anywhere anytime--no one will know the difference. If you make gains with this simple, often effective routine, you might consider increasing the jelqing time by adding five minutes or so to your daily routine on a weekly basis.

    What the heck! If you spend twenty minutes or even a half hour in the shower, you'll be known as a "clean freak," or a marathon masturbator.
