new guy here!
first of all im very excited to join this fourm... In the past years or so i have been having insecurities about the size of my penis. It is effecting me mentally and my confidence has drop so much. Im afraid to set foot in the locker room and even afraid to start a relationship with a girl. It is such a horrible and depressing feeling. Thats why i have done research to fix this problem and came across this penis fourm. My starting stats in length is about 5 inches and in girth 4 inches:(.... ( i kno its small)... I have done some PE in the past as a matter of fact i was doing the matter of size phase one newbie routine...i was doing it for about 3 weeks straight until i noticed i was having weaker erections...I WAS WORRIED.. soo i took a break for about a month and still it hasnt gotten any better...its no where near as strong as it used to be..im so depressed...so that why i came on this fourm so i can have help to train my penis the right way without getting injured...PE is a very confusing thing when you dont know exactly what your doing... I have a goal but i want to see if it is a realistic goal. i want to gain anywhere between 1.5 to 2 inches in length and anywhere from .5 to 1 inch in girth...i just need help with a routine to get me there...thats all i want....hopefully some of you guys can help me get there...thanks hopefully you guys can help me...ill appreciate any advice

Nope sorry we can't get you there but you can. It takes work and time and if you're willing to put in both you'll get what you want. Why not go over to the beginners section and read up a bit and then start JP's 90 program. It has worked well for lot's of guys as a start. Oh by the way, welcome to the gym! ( I always seem to forget that part)

Definitely look at the newbie section and get some insight into how to fix some of these issues, and remember... Alot of your erection is based on mentality.
