Hi, I'm new here to the Pegym forums so I thought I'd come to this section and introduce myself. I'm 18 years old with an uncircumsized 6.90-7 inch penis and a 4.60 girth so it doesn't look very flattering when compared to the height. It looks more... skinny. I want to focus on only girth gain. My length is fine as it is, I just want my penis to be thicker. I really hope this site helps, and I hope I can find the exercises that revolve only around girth that can help me. I hope this website helps me :)

We recomend you start with a beginer routine like the JP 90 which will condition you for later specialisation in girth.

Pegasus is as usual right on target: all girth targeting exercises are advanced exercises and you need to prepare your penis to them if you don't want to injure yourself. This is not a race: enlarging your penis takes time, sometimes more for girth than length, but you'll succeed if you're patient, dedicated and consistent. Welcome to the gym, dongster! The advice you've been given by these two fine gentlemen is spot on. JP's 90 day routine has been used successfully by many of the members here who have gained substantial amounts of both length and girth. Play it safe and stick with the beginners routine for the entire 90 days then you can look into more advanced girth isolation exercises. Enjoy your time here at the gym.
